Revisions
Are revisions on my project an option?
Yes, revisions are available for your project.

You are allowed 2 free revisions. If you request a 3rd revision, additional fees may apply on top of the previously discussed final cost.
What if my revision request requires extensive work?
If your revision request involves significant changes that were not expected or discussed during the service agreement, additional charges and fees may apply.

Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. If the shoot is canceled on my behalf, your deposit will be refunded. However, if the shoot is canceled or cannot proceed due to the client’s circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.

What happens if damage Occurs to equipment during a shoot?
If a client damages, destroys, or causes harm to any property or gear belonging to Joseph Garcia Media during a shoot, the client may be held liable to repay the full cost required to replace the damaged item(s).

Do I need to give credit to Joseph Garcia Media when sharing the finished product?
Yes, when sharing any finished products created by Joseph Garcia Media, you are required to tag and credit us appropriately.
What happens if proper credit is not given?
