This weekend’s “match” wasn’t on the soccer field—it was in the heart of the community. In partnership with Athletes in the Making, professional soccer player Eddie Segura of LAFC, and support from multiple organizations and companies, our back-to-school drive was a win for local youth.
neighborhood kids, from kindergarten through Elementary, walked away with backpacks and school supplies that will help them start the school year strong. The atmosphere was filled with smiles as families met Eddie, took countless photos, and shared in the excitement of the day.
